Please help. One of my hens cracked an egg before time.

the chick has been peeping and you can see its beak through a little hole and he keeps breathing through it unfortunately I don't have an incubator it'll take days to arrive if I order it I improvised little Bruder I put a thermometer and gets it that reads the humidity at the same time at the red light there I said the little chick inside still some egg with membrane because it's almost falling apart all the egg shell pieces. I am keeping the membrane moist it was yesterday which it's around the 19th day it happened. I don't know and not sure if we should just risk it and help him/her out or what because its been more than 24 hrs and might need to be fed. I'm so New on this please help.
