Please help Pistacio! 
I have an Indian runner female duck who is acting off today. She has been in her little pond all day alone. I went closer to check on her and noticed the underside of her bill is swollen as well as her cheek areas (one side more so than the other). She isn’t quacking or running away when I tried to grab her. She opened her mouth a couple times but no sound came out. She also seems to have a lot or dirt or gunk in her nostrils (I flushed out some grass/hay/gunk- they’re clear now)- they were sounding stuffed up when she’s breathing. Any clues what this could be? I tried looking in her mouth and I don’t seem to see anything stuck
and she’s a little shaky
Also- she is drinking, and pooping (it’s runny and a lot of white)
