Please Help: Pullet has one eye closed and is very lethargic

A few hours ago, I found one of my pullets who is a little over 8 weeks old wandering around her coop with one eye shut. We brought her inside and she has been acting lethargic and has been sleeping non-stop. I bought her a supplement from Tractor Supply that goes in her water, and we have gotten her to drink a bit but not much. She has not opened her eye this whole time. This may be unrelated, but she also has white shiny flakes coming out of her feathers, even though we haven't found any lice. Any idea what this could be?
Please help us know what to do. (Also, it may be difficult to buy any more supplements or creams since many stores have closed)

I'm not sure if this is related either, but she has had a white spot on one of her eyes since she was born, however, it's not this eye that is causing the trouble.

Can you put some eye drops or ointment into her eye? Saline eye wash is also good to use if the eye is irritated. Can you see any bubbles or dirt in the eye? How are her poops? If she is having some runny droppings, I would think about treating her with Corid (amprollium) in her water for possible coccidiosis. Try offering some chicken feed made wet with a lot of water in a small bowl to get her eating.

Thank you for your suggestions! She is not having runny droppings or anything unusual... The thing is we do not have saline solution or eye drops in our house. Could we just use a damp towel to gently wipe her eye?

Yes that would work or a clean warm wet washcloth as a compress. You can make a homemade saline solution from instructions on the internet.

Thank you! We got her to eat and drink and she even opened her eye for a minute, so we are taking this as a good sign.

Update: This morning she has been eating and drinking and even opened her eye! Both eyes are very bloodshot and have a white spot. Is this a sign that we shouldn't put her back outside with her flock in case it's contagious?
