Please Help! Really Sick!

I have a 4-5 year old chicken who is looking unwell, her wings are droopy and her comb is pale and has 'fallen' to the side, it's not bright and red anymore. She does fall asleep standing but as soon as she's awake she will walk around, she doesn't seem to be eating much either. She has just went through molting, what do you suggest I do?

Molting can make the comb go pale, but she sounds sick above and beyond that.

Have you wormed and checked for mites/lice?

At her age I would be suspicious of some type of cancer, maybe or worms, but you should check for mites/lice like @ChickensAreSweet suggested, 'cause mites could cause a pale comb, too.
