I'm really confused and not getting much help-please give me some feedback; photos won't download to this website for some reason but check them out on the link to fb I've included below please. The pics were taken yesterday, the swelling is worst today.

I've been using pet rx to soothe/ try to swab out nose crusties/eye slime but when I try to open, it's just a mass of swollen tissue. The eye itself is sunken in a bit. (I'm a novice to chicken raising so I have a difficult time handling my girl without getting squeemish or fearing I'll cause her unneccesary discomfort.)
I have been using probiotcs/electrolites in a soluable powder form to try to keep her hydrated and have a healthy bacterial count in her gut when I start the tylan antibiotics which I ordered last night, it should be here today since I had it shipped overnight. The thing is, I don't know how I'm going to get her to drink it...she's getting listless, laying on her side and such. There is an injectable antibiotic at a local feed store but I am not comfortable doing that as I have no one around to help me and I'm scared to do it. The videos on youtube showing how to administer a shot are not good quality to use as example.
Symptoms:
swollen face, not just around "infected" eye but entire face.
much more docile than usual
Skin color is different, paler in some spots, shiny red in others.
Eating but not drinking much
No coughing, wheezing, sneezing which is why I question whether this is respitory.
