PLEASE HELP!! RIR ROOSTER NEEDS HOME--DALLAS TX AREA

I have a Rhode Island Red rooster (we got a RIR and Red Star..we think he is the RIR), who we got as a chick thinking he was a she, who needs a home. We are in the Dallas city limits and therefore can't have a rooster. He is 3 months old and gets along well with our EE hen.
I would love to find him a home where he won't be dinner or locked in a small cage all day. I am happy to drive him to his new home if within an hour or so. Ideally I would love to trade him for a 3-5 month hen, but not necessary.

Well, he started to "crow" this morning so we knew we had to find him a home asap. We took him the the Aggie Feed Store here in Dallas and they are going to find a good home for him. Hopefully he will be a free ranging ladies man! But thank you to any one who looked.
