please help! rooster isnt standing and will be culled if not cured!!

i have a online friend who has a young rooster who a few days ago could not hold himself up.

he was sitting alongside a hen who had recently dies and she said a few days earlier another hen was dead. so far its only his legs that are not working. no external injuries. His face is the slightest bit pale but he is talking and has a appetite. she says if he wont get better she will cull but id hate to see him be culled if he still has the will to live. Any suggestions or ideas?

What is your location in the world? How old is the cockerel? Do you know what symptoms the 2 pullets or hens had before they died? Were any of them vaccinated for Mareks disease, or had any symptoms that could have been coccidiosis, an intestinal disease from the soil? Pictures of the sick rooster or cockerel and Ny other symptoms may help.
