Please help sex EE 8 week chicks

These babies are 8 weeks old Easter Eggers from Mt Healthy Hatchery. Ordered 10, got 11, and I'm questioning these two. The black and red might be patchy, but no male feathers yet and red chest. Violet, the splash colored is just a bit bigger then the others. No gender specific behaviors yet. My worry as with many, is that roos are not allowed. Thank you!

The splash one is a pullet. Red one is a definite cockerel. Gender specific feathering doesn’t usually come in until around 12 weeks so a bit early for that.

Thank you guys! I was in denial of Berty being a Burt, but at least Violet is a girl. Always sad at having to see the boy go.
