Please help sex this Faverolle

Bought this as a Mahogany... but I'm guessing it's really a sprot color, or maybe even a X as it has no leg feathers...... It's about 4 weeks old. There were 4 chicks for sale... 2 like mine and two that had MUCH more black and dark brown on them. What little I know about other Faverolle colors... I went for the lighter one, figuring it had a better chance to be a pullet. What do you think? Sex, color AND why it's legs are clean.........

how old is it? It must be a cross if it has no leg feathers. I can share a pic of mine at the same age if it's about 6 weeks. Mine are only 6 weeks now.

It's 5 weeks?? I didn't notice the lack of leg feathers until I got home

Had the baby with me and he was a handful

It looks like a Faverolle in every other way, as far as I can tell. Has the right number of toes, etc. Just lacks feathered feet. I have no idea where they got the chicks from.

Here I thought my girls were 6 weeks and they are only 5! lol I just took this pic of her today......it's a salmon Faverolle Hope this helps.

I think yours looks like a hen too
