Please Help Sexing Polish

By that age my black and white had a red v - shaped comb.

I have just started noticing some "red color" coming out around the beaks of my roos, but that has been in the last couple of weeks.
I had 6 total and based on hairdos, suspected all along I had 3 of each sex.
The one in the pic has been crowing for a month now, but nothing from the other 2.
The other 2 developed the red color first, then I noticed it on the 'crower'.
I gave one rooster to a friend so I have 2 now.
I have some closeup shots of the heads but I haven't uploaded yet because my son has the cord to do that.
I will try to get it done this evening and post some head shots early tonight.

I put a rubberband around one of the pullets crest and she kept scratching at it until it popped off and flew across the pen. All the others were chasing it!!

After then me and my son trimmed the feathers a little to help them see better.
The roosters weren't nearly as bad and are friendlier now, but the pullets had to be done a 2nd time.
They still can't see as well as the roos, but I won't go any further for fear of "destroying their style"
