Please Help! sick and injured hen

I have a hen and her breed is a Rhode island and she is 2 years old. Recently she's been feeling very unwell. I've been giving her a home supplement and its been helping her slowly. My chickens like to sleep high at night on the shelves and that's where I put my sick hen since she likes it there. Today I went outside to take my chickens out and my hen who is sick was on the ground. She fell from all the way on the top. She cant move at all since she was already weak and now from the bottom she's injured. She has her eyes closed and is just breathing. What can I do I really need hope, thank you.

Oh, that is sad. She might have internal injuries from the fall or she might have injured her legs. I would separate her in a dog crate or basket with bedding, and place food and water nearby. Try offering her some water with electrolytes and vitamins. Poultry Cell or NutriDrench is good to give instead of electrolytes, orally 2 ml daily for about 5 days. Has her crop been full and hard or puffy? Can you check it to see if it had emptied overnight? Does she lay eggs? What do her poops look like? I would offer some bits of scrambled egg and mix some wet chicken feed and water. If you can post a picture of how she looks now, that might help.

I have had her separated but had her with the rest of my chickens only at night since she likes her spot. Right now she is in my house. She won’t eat anything and I forcefully have to open her mouth. I’ve been giving her electrolytes and a home supplement. I just felt her crop and it is very soft. She won’t eat eggs I’ve tried giving it to her. The only thing she would eat a bit is grapes. She also won’t eat her food mixed in water I’ve tried everything. Thank you so much for the help though. i will be providing pictures of her
