Please Help! Sick hen, lethargic, runny bright green poop

No, she wasn't panting today because I am trying to figure out what is happening with her before I bring her inside. I put a warmer bulb in her house, and she's perking up a bit. Still refusing water and feed though.
She needs to be inside, period, and I'd be willing to bet money that she will not pant as sick as she is. The temp recommendation is not something I made up, it's what"s in books like Harrison's "Clinical Avian Medicine". X2,i currently have a rooster recovering from a leg injury, never had any overheating issues. I have brought my chickens into house when the weather has been extremely severe, again no overheating issues.

A sick chicken requires additional heat, they cannot regulate their body temp when warm and without the added heat, they are using every bit of energy they have left to warm themselves.

Have you checked her for crop issues, either impact or sour crop?
And it's really cold where you are, right?

Please relax, I will bring her inside. I am not arguing with you, at least not meaning to come across that way. These chickens are my babies, and it killed me when we had to move them outside about 2 years ago. I wake up in the middle of the night to go out and make sure their coops are warm enough in the colder weather we've been having. I change their soiled bedding everyday, disinfect as needed, change their water everyday, and they get treats all day long. This is in addition to a large backyard where the roam free. My babies are pampered, and this is the first sick hen I've had in the 4 or so years I've been raising them.

The only way for me to help you figure out what wrong is to start by ruling things out. Bringing her inside will help me and others determine what is ailing her.

She's all settled inside with fresh water (nothing added), and feed. She still has not taken water or food, preferring to rest. Her crop is empty, but she's not losing weight so far. BTW, thank you for taking the time to help me.

Weight loss is very deceiving, get yourself a kitchen or postal scale and start weighing her at the same time every day in grams.

I will do that, thank you. If she doesn't eat, at what point should the next step be taken?

I got her to take some yogurt and water, but she vomited it back up. She's alert and interested in the nourishment now, at least. Is her crop blocked up somehow?
