Yesterday she was crouched in corner head down, I quickly isolated with electrolyte water and clean pen. Vet RX applied under wing to pale comb and beak. She wouldn’t eat. Vaccinated for Marek as chick, not laying age just yet, vents clean. Overnight she did eat a touch of crumble, added cooked egg and if I hold her head up she pecks, some clucking not hearing any congestion. Photo of todays poop attached. No worms some green tinge to some but mostly liquid white. Not walking upright trying To bring her to drink frequently…..sweet girl needs better parent!https://photos.app.goo.gl/6wT3ts4YutH6Aoeo9

So sorry you’re dealing with this. It is such a scary feeling.
About 3 weeks ago, my 19 week Polish pullet was the same way and I thought I was going to lose her. I followed Chickenlandia’s R.E.S.T method; R for remove/quarantine sick chicken, E for give electrolytes and vitamin water, S for feed scrambled egg, and T for temperature control environment. I had to make sure she drank every 2-3 hours because she was so weak she couldn’t lift her head. Eventually, on day 2 she started eating some crumble. I have her a scrambled egg cooked in coconut oil as often as I could get her to eat, and she regained her strength after about 5 days and is now back with the flock!
I still don’t know what the issue was. Just wanted to encourage you to not give up hope. Keep doing what you’re doing!

hope she gets better! lots of love. it's hard dealing with sick ones, hydrate, offer food and love as you are doing

A more precise age would be helpful.

Do your chickens free range? Do they access a compost pile or dig around in decaying vegetation?

Your location would also be of help. It would help to know your climate and recent weather conditions.

Watch for any change in behavior of your other chickens. It might indicate coccidiosis.

The symptoms you report can point to bacterial infection. Do you happen to have any antibiotics on hand, old leftover prescriptions?

I only had the vet RX and corid on hand. Just home from work and she seems to be holding her head up a touch more, the chick feed is medicated. They do not free range or Have compost available although I had raked out the run a few days ago. She’s a week shy of four months. We’re in Delaware.

Was helpful to get this as I had to go to work and was feeling guilty. Home now she’s more upright so I’ll keep doing what you recommended….gonna try some mealworm treats to show my love 😍
