Please Help...sick Pullet

My 23 week old pullet started acting strange this afternoon. I noticed when I let them out to freerange she just stood in a corner, she's drowsy...no energy. Comb and wattles are somewhat pale, one eye closed, when it did open it was watery but no goop or drainage. Crop is full and greainy. She started laying a couple weeks ago, laid a normal egg this morning.

She is on layena crumbles I mix de with it, acv in water. Honestly I have not seen her eat or drink today, giving her some yogurt now which she is taking. I have not noticed her poo but am keeping an eye out.

Does she need antibiotics? Not sure what to do, she is my favorite chicky and all the others seem fine...PLEASE HELP THANK YOU!

Sugar water (warm water w/ sugar) first.
Electrolytes water after that. Electrolytes kick in later than sugar.

Chances are if she is showing signs of sickness now she has been sick for days or more.

Have you had a lot of rain lately?

No rain, she was acting normal yesterday when they free ranged. Gave her some evoo mixed in the yogurt and she ate a lot...seemed to have perked up a bit but one eye is still closed...
