Please help ): Silkie has bulge under vent

I have read some things as to what this could be, a bound egg, hernia, etc.. But she's also acting broody on top of having the bulge. I tried the warm water thing and everything. she's eating when she does come out of the egg box and pooping normal but It almost looks like she could be losing weight. I have called all the vets where I live and no one will look at her and I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to have to put her down when it could just be something she can live with. Please Please any advice? Its been 5 days now ):

Could she have a prolapse? Does she have pink tissue coming out of the vent or just a bulge under the vent? I would remove her from the nestbox and try to take a picture of her vent with some assistance. She may be eggbound, but you may have to decide. A prolapse is usually treated by lubricating the tissue with a rubber glove on, gently pushing the tissue back inside. Extra Strenghth Preparation H (not the regular) has an ingredient that will help to shrink the tissue if you can get that. Could she have a peck injury there?
