PLEASE HELP!!!! Soft eggs from my year old hen

Thats what this site is for! :D ask as many as you feel the need. Calcium deposits may be sort of bumps or ridges formed in the actually shell itself. Or it may be sort of a sandy feeling type of bumps usually at the end of the egg.

Oh, okay. that's not too bad. Thank you for your help!! I will tell you when she gets to laying better eggs. One last question, Should I mix the shells and/or crumble in with their food or make it as like a side dish?

I always mixed it. I dont believe it will make a difference either way. Some say mix some say done. Ive never noticed a difference. But you can always experiment. Try it for a little while mixed and then switch to separate dishes. See how it goes. Good luck! :D

Thank you!!! Suggestions are still free. Well, not that I need them. :D
