Please help! Something is wrong!!

He goes right after her where ever he likes. They have the pool right in the middle of the pen but he stopped letting them in it and even with him crated they still will not go in... We opened his crate last weekend and he ran right to her and threw her to the ground and started his meanness... So I don't know... I am giving him a few more weeks to calm down, I really do not want to rehome him... I love him but I can't keep him in the crate forever either... He is let out at 5 and then the girls are at 8 then the girls go back in their house at 9 and he is allowed out until 11 then everyone goes to bed... Im trying the best that I can (well, my husband is the one doing all of this! I cant!)

It is so frustrating, I sometimes wish I could have a talk with Bean, and the runners. The behaviors are complicated and hormone-driven, and I would love to have one flock. I mean, we have one drake and twelve ducks, how difficult does it need to be? But no, Bean wants Romy, and the runners don't want Bean to have Romy, and it becomes a hot mess.

Sometimes I ask myself, are they safe, well fed, well watered, healthy? If the answers are yes, but they are bored or annoyed, then I don't worry too much, and try to give myself time to come up with less boring, less annoying solutions but keep the main goal in mind - everyone safe, well fed, well watered, healthy.
