please help - tiny eggs on eggshell

Sounds like excess calcium deposits. It happens from time to time. If it becomes a problem, cut back on any calcium supplements for a little bit to see if it gets better.

I occasionally get those. I just took a picture of one of mine a few days ago.

This one had the calcium deposits all over it, but some have them in just one or two spots.

I've gotten eggs with that on them, from the store! I think it's calcium deposits. No harm done.

In fact I think my duck laid a few eggs with those deposits on them.

I have one hen that lays a green egg and the little specks are green also, I think it is excess calcium. But I am no authority.
