That looks like lash egg material, caseous exudate/pus. She likely has salpingitis. An antibiotic such as amoxicillin, Bactrim/sulfa, or enrofloxacin might help in early stages.

Just wanted to thank you again for your advice re Dolly. I was never able to get the antibiotics as $ was an issue. The nano silver thyme and oregano seems to have done its job. She moulted and is now laying normal eggs 4-5 times a week. Only interesting note is that her egg shell colour has completely changed. She used to lay a dark cream coloured egg a bit darker then the chanteclers and now she lays a light brown egg. I found that pretty interesting!
