please help turkey hatched six hours ago and can't stand

blue slate hatched out and seems not to be able to stand. Does it just need more time or do I need to worry. First time hatching turkeys.

do they have good traction such as a towel, or rough paper towels? they need traction to prevent leg problems.

he is still in the incubator for now with one other one that hatched yesterday. These are my frst turkeys and the one yesterday did real good.this one just seems to roll around and try to stand but can't walk at all. They are on the wire floor.

Just laid towel over wire, will see if that helps. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

Try giving the poult some sugar water with an eyedropper (sometimes this will `motivate' the little guys).
