PLEASE HELP ,two hens killed last night

[i got up this morning to find two of my hens with there heads completely gone,feathers everywhere , one was half eaten as well.
the coop is completely fenced off , it looks like something has come under there house and through the hatch , its only a three inch gap under the house, so must be something small , it has took the chickens from the house and tried to pull the chickens under , but they are too big and they were wedged under , what so small could do this?? where i live i back onto the moors but have never seen a predator..

Check spot where critter forced its way in. May indicate critters maximum size. Half-eaten chicken requires a critter larger than chicken unless more than one predator.

Mustelids seem to rule in the UK. Mink, martens and badgers seem also to be up to task of eating a chicken.
