I would clean it and wrap it if you can, but cleaning it is the most important. If you can keep the bird separate and in a clean cage for a few days to give it a chance to heal and stay clean, that would be helpful.

Can i dab it with a wet napkin? then hold her in a cloth or towel?

Yes, also use antibiotic cream.

Use the antibiotic cream/ointment, then cushion the cut with a paper towel or tissue, and wrap the paper towel with medical tape just securely enough that it will stay on well, but not cut off circulation.

She let me wrap it. I dabbed it with warm water. Turns out it wasnt her bone I could see.
I wrapped it with medical tape. She is walking fine, but has trouble getting up, which Im assuming is normal, as her leg is hurt..

I'll update you guys soon or tomorrow, right now, she has just been laying down. I separated her from the flock. She's in a old coop I used before I had a bigger one for my new ones.
