The oral antibiotic seems to have this thing on the run, finally. She's much more alert and is eating and drinking on her own (a normal amount, not just little pecks - poops are big and look regular). She still has parts of the day where she's lethargic and sickly (or she did yesterday), but she is more and more active. I'm not deluding myself - I know we could still lose her to this, but this morning she seems much improved. She is interacting with the mirror we put in for her, which seems to be a comfort.
I haven't noticed gaping or sneezing much in the other girls since the duramycin went into their water, but it's all really too early to tell.
If Delilah gets worse again, or starts doing the delusional pecking again, I'll take her in for a blood and stool sample. Thank you!
