Please help w/4 week old bully

Ever heard the saying "pecking order"?
This is just young chickens establishing dominance. Ive found that such chicks generally make excellent Roos with excellent fertility, you have to remember that the things that you are describing are all the traits of a dominant male in a flock.
I have a light sussex that my oldest son named Kieth the C*** (apologies). He has been that way since hatching and displayed much of the bullying that you have mentioned, at a young age that behaviour doesnt make sense, hes a year old now.......
He is ruthlessly agressive to small humans and my yorkie but smart enough not to throw down with my husky, he will attack my 4 year old daughter but not any adults (unless your back is turned).
The flipside is that he will defend the hens to the death, he will draw their attention to food and tidbits without eating himself, he will literally bring worms over to the hens, I have also had 100% fertility from him.
Some breeds are just more agressive than others, my buff brahmas are 7 weeks old now and the roos are more placid than the hens.
