That wyandotte is definitely a splash blue laced. It's still a blue laced red, but of the splash variety. They're very pretty.

It's tough to get a good view of it from the pictures you took so I couldn't guess on gender.

Those are so cute!!!!! I love that baby roo!! I the rooster is mean..... he will probably pick on your hens so iwould get rid of him. I am trying to get rid of a silkie roo because he is mean To my hens.

Here is the breeding guide when breeding BLR or chickens with the Andalusian blue gene:

Blue X Blue = 50% Blue , 25% Black , 25% Splash
Blue X Splash = 50% Blue , 50% Splash

Blue X Black = 50% Blue, 50% Black

Splash X Black = 100% Blue

Black X Black = 100% Black

Splash X Splash = 100% Splash

These numbers are based on 100 chicks. Results will vary depending on number of chicks raised.
