Please help! What should I do? I need help now!

It's day 23? Is it still alive for sure? Thats not the correct way to assist, you should never touch the lower half of the egg. Only the air cell area. There's nothing you can do if there's still veins. Incubated in an incubator or under a broody?
Incubator.

You can check out this article here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/

I am about the worst person to give advice on this given my limited history on hatching, but I'd try to keep the membrane moist and keep it in the incubator. Remove the other chicks and hope for the best. Also, don't beat yourself up.
@peep_peep_chick-a-dee read the article. That's how assists should be done. Like she said, keeping it moist is good.
Incubator or broody?

Oh ok. So you probably had a cold spot in the incubator. Was the temp checked with a calibrated thermometer? What kind if incubator was used?
A still air little giant incubator it doesn’t say what the incubator humidity is.... is it shrink wrapped

I don't think it is shrinkwrapped yet. How long has it been like that? I highly recommend reading the article because it really has good advice. Without all of the details, it's hard to give recommendations and the article will guide you. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/
Thank you so much! It’s been like that for 2 hrs, that probably isn’t bad but I’m new to this and i’m not sure if that’s a long time or not....

I'd put it back in the incubator. As long as the humidity is fine, there's still a chance. Keep us updated.
