Relax, keep the membrane moist, remove the other chicks to the brooder with a heat lamp, food, water, and try to rest easy. You got this. We're here for you, but you must not panic. Since it was so far behind in hatching, it probably had issues that would have kept it from hatching on its own or surviving if it had. At least you tried to give it a chance.
