Please help! Why is my duck twitching every time she drinks water??

She keeps twitching when she drinks water and we have no idea why. We tried giving her cold water that’s been boiled and put in the freezer and just simple tap water, but she keeps twitching when she drinks it. This started today, please help!

She’s one years old and she’s pretty lively today too, so we don’t know why. She didn’t eat anything wrong either.

Her head and neck is twitching when she drinks water. It’s getting better now, but she still twitches a bit. She also shakes her head every hour or so and she seems a bit more tired than usual after observing her for the past few hours. I think she’s bored and not feeling too well.

Does she get niacin in her feed? It might just have been some crop adjustment.

She does, she gets a good amount of it too.
