Please help with a silly question

Hi, I am not sure if this is where I should be posting this question, but, How do I send someone a message if they are not on line. It is a breeder i am looking for so that is why I am posting here. I found them on the breeder directory page, but don't know how to send a message. I am looking for someone in Wisconsin to get a Cochin from.
