I picked these up at our State Fair. They're about 16 weeks old. I feel that #1 is a Blue Cochin Bantam (she is half the size of the others). #2 has feathered & yellow legs, feet-pullet?
#3 cockerel EE? #4 EE pullet?

3 & 4 are mutts.

2 is perhaps a barred cochin. or a BR X Cochin mix.

#1 is a Splash Cochin (slaty blue with Splashes of dark blue). UNLESS those darker marks I'm seeing on a few of the feathers are just from the camera lighting. If she is, in fact, all one color with no "Splashes", then you may have gotten lucky and scored a "Self-Blue" (some refer to them as Lavender).

I agreee with the previous post that #3 and #4 are roos. #1 is a pullet. I'm up in the air on #2.

Coopa- I went and looked again. #1 seems to be a uniform gray. Her feet look like feathered snowshoes ! HAHAHA
Last few days I've noticed more red on her cheeks, ears, etc. Is that OK? Thanks much

You folks think #4 is a cockerel? Huh-I figured with the tiny comb at 16 weeks,well.........a girl

You should definitely post a pic of the Cochin on the "Self-Blue" Cochin thread (see link below) and see what they think. If she is all one color with no Splash, then most likely she's "Self-Blue". There are very noticable differences between Blue, Splash and Self-Blue. Self-Blue comes from the Lavender gene. Blue and Splash are both from the Blue gene (Splash having two copies of Blue; Blue has just one copy).

I don't have any Self-Blue, but for comparison purposes, below are pics of my Blue and Splash Cochin hens.

And yes, it's perfectly normal for her comb and wattles to be getting redder - it happens naturally as the pullets mature and reach point of lay age.

Blue Hen - note the darker hackles and feather lacing:
