Please help with cochin sexing!

I 100% agree they are both boys

OMG....You can be that sure huh???? Both???? I cannot believe this. My luck is sooooooooooo bad. The black one was born on my Bday!!!!!! Why are they not crowing if they are boys???

Well I went out to the chicken house and brought both the chickens on ? inside. I found the saddle feathers under the wings and the neck feathers are looking pointy. I am so upset right now. The chicken yard is right outside of my bed room window. I will keep the black one until he crows and see how early he will do it. So the name went from Libby to Leo. I just was hoping. I have 4 small banties and I would not want a roo to hurt them. I weighed them and Leo is 5lb 13oz and Coton is 3lb 2oz. I do not see any pointy feathers on that one.

The roos are gentle mostly... I have a couple gentle giants... there can be meanies in any breed... but the cochins don't have spurs and can be such gentle lap chickens... My cochin crow a couple times in the morning and he is done... that is all you will hear out of him... It is short and low... not even bothersome... They ususally crow a little more when they are learning... If you like roosters at all... You might find he is a welcome fellow... My bantams and giant birds cohabitate without incident.

First one is definately a girl. Second (black) one I could go either way, but I'm leaning tyowards roo. LF cochins take much longer to mature and start crowing than the bantam ones.

I Think that both of them are hens

Your lovely white one is def. a girl, but the black one's tail is throwing me off. Let my say the face looks hennish, if that make any sense. All my Cochin boys (12ish or so, all to new homes now) had GIGANTIC wattles and were crowing their heads off at 3 weeks. Are you sure they're 3 months old? They look a bit older than that, like maybe 5 months or so.

How old are they? Or did I miss their age in your posts? They kind of look rooish to me

Depending on the age that is. If they are over 4-5 months the white could possible be a hen. If younger then 4 months I'm going to guess two roos. Let us know what they turn out to be
