Alright, so I asked on their website chat and the lady said their Meal Maker breed for the week was New Hampshire Red.

I have a hard time believing that their NHRs are that light though.

Alright, so I asked on their website chat and the lady said their Meal Maker breed for the week was New Hampshire Red.

I don't have any experience with New Hampshire Reds. I'm reading that they might be a bit aggressive. I hope not. I tried to pick chicks that would be good with my kids and lay pretty eggs. My kids love all the different colors (and so do I)!

Has anyone else had the NHR's? Were they good birds?

I have a hard time believing that their NHRs are that light though.

I was thinking that she was probably a New Hampshire Red until she started feathering. The feathers that are coming in are a light cream/white and black (she's the one on the bottom). Now, I'm not so sure she is a NHR. Can anyone tell what else she might be? Mahalo
