My pheasant eggs are now 27 day old and were meant to hatch at day 23-25. I saw the egg moving around in the incubator around 9 hours ago and stopped around 6 hours ago. Does anyone know why this is and has it died?

If your temperature was too low it may hatch late. Is your thermometer calibrated? If it was moving recently don’t give up on it yet. It may have been getting into hatching position.

Is your humidity really 85%? Did you calibrate your thermometer? Is this your only egg? Has it externally pipped? Your temp was definitely too low.

It said online that the temp should be 37 and humidity should be 90% for pheasant. What do you think it should be?

 90%?!?! Where did you find that? That's WAY too high. For incubation it should be 40-45%, and at lockdown up to 65-70%. Did you calibrate your thermometer? If you didn't, your thermometer is probably off and has stunted your pheasant's growth. I'm amazed it's alive if the humidity was at 90%. How long has it been at 90%?
