PLEASE HELP WITH POSSIBLE GOUT !

Hi there! My Orpington roo has had some foot and leg issues for a while now but up until now I haven’t had a clue about what it could be. I’ve had bumble foot suggestions, as well as SLM but looking at some websites I think it might be gout. What’s everyone’s opinion and how would I treat gout ? Thank you.

It can be difficult to tell sometimes whether there is gout, something like mycoplasma synovitis a joint infection from MS, or bumblefoot. In gout, there may be swollen toes and feet. MS tends to make the ankles and knee joints swollen, while the toes may appear normal. Here is some reading about gout:
