My chicken won't stand or eat. She looks sleepy and she been pooping yellowish watery poop. She's gonna turn 4 this year. Please help me, what should I do?

My chicken won't stand or eat. She looks sleepy and she been pooping yellowish watery poop. She's gonna turn 4 this year. Please help me, what should I do?

Lets start out with her weight----does she feel heavy or real lite or about right for her size? Does she have a real bony breast bone if she is lite? Just for Info, does she cough, or any other signs? Just for info when is the last time you wormed her? Do you have any antibiotic like tylan50?

Yes it is.

She feels right for her size and she isn't coughing but her crop feels hard.
