Please help!

My dog caught one of our five-week-old chicks and bit it hard. It seems generally okay after I've been nursing it all day. The only problem is its right leg. That side of the chick got bitten the worst and it seems like he can't use his foot at all. His actual leg seems normal when I compare it to the other one, but he can't seem to stand at all, and when I put him down he puts all his weight on his left side, like in the picture. What should I do? Please please help.

What i did when my chicken hurtt it's leg what i got some popsicle sticks and cut hem, i then tsped them around the chicks leg and made a homeade splint. It works really well. i also reccomend putting an antibacterial thing on it. This is what I have found is the best.

Just spray some on the wound before you splint it.
