No that isn't normal @Jeff Gillis But if he hasn't been standing at all maybe this is just the beginning. I'd still try the shoes to get his feet straight.

You might try some duck shoes you can use the outline of his webs and draw onto a piece of heavy plastic like a butter container or cool whip container then wrap in tape to cover all rough edges then place his feet onto the plastic and use vet wrap to wrap. This will keep his feet at normal position.

I am not sure what maybe going on with your little one sounds like it could be something other than a vitamin def. Any possibilities of seeing a vet?

You are using niacin or Brewers yeast right?

Hi I know it's kind of different but the same thing has happened with a few of our chicks. And their is this thing where put a straw on their leg so they can straighten their legs out and it worked perfectly. You will have to look up how to do it
