Please Help!

I think you should collect some fresh poop and run it to the nearest vet for a fecal float test...then you won't have to guess if that is the issue or not.
It's cheap and most all "regular" dog vet's will test the poop for you.

One of them now has a respatory disease, so I think that was it. Can any of you guys tell me how to help her. I am giving her medication, but is there anything else that I can do? Thank you.

What is her respiratory disease - can you tell us about her syptoms?
What medication are you using and at what dosage?

Any bird that is ill from respiratory disease - keep them hydrated, offer poultry vitamins to their water and

Those may have been maggots from the moisture and humidity under the feeder. Were they long and thin? Short and fat? I'd search chickens respiratory problems and see if any of the symptoms match hers. I'd go by @Wyorp Rock 's advice and try to check her symptoms. Bets of luck with her!

I'm sorry to hear she is not doing well.

If you can post your video in the thread you started so all can see it, that would be great - I believe that you need to upload to youtube then give a link.

Having a vet check her out is always best. There are so many causes of respiratory distress, if she is coughing, sneezing, has a runny nose and discharge from the eyes, then antibiotics may be helpful. Tylan200 is 4X as strong as Tylan50 so make sure you are giving the correct dosages.

Check her over to make sure she has no obstructions inside the beak/throat, that her crop is not impacted, that she doesn't have a swollen belly/abdomen or hasn't gotten into anything moldy or rancid - any of these can contribute to difficulty breathing.

Do your best to keep her hydrated. If she has mucous or watery eyes try to keep them clear.

If you happen to lose, it would be a good idea to send her body for testing/necropsy so you can get some answers to the cause of her illness.
