I have not seen a deep wound on #4. I cant keep her calm enough to get a good look. It seem like its just missing skin. I have a photo I'm sure the hole in it is the base of her wing

I'm very sorry for your loss and can't imagine what it's like to have 4that have such injuries.
You have been given some good advice and support from everyone here.
If at all possible, consulting a vet is best. But you are doing great.
I agree with
@casportpony seeing more of them and how they are responding will give more information.
White Chicken #4 is the most concerning (to me). The photo you posted - that looks like the wound may be opened up into the abdominal cavity, but it's really hard to know without actually being there.
We have all seen recoveries from severe injuries here on BYC. With this girl, personally I would
not flush this particular area. I would wipe it clean the best I could with hibiclens (chlorhexidine) or similar, I would be concerned about the flushing going into that cavity. (if you can tell for sure it's not open to the abdomen, then flushing may be o.k.)
Apply a triple antibiotic ointment to the exposed tissue to keep it moist.
No one can say whether it's best to cull, that decision is up to you, but after you have taken a look at her today and accessed her wounds and behavior, whatever choice you make, you will be supported here.
I do recommend that you considered administering antibiotics to all of them to help fight infection. Again, vet prescribed is best, but you can find injectable Penicillin at most feed stores like
Tractor Supply.
We look forward to your update.
Just my thoughts.
