No breathing problems and the problem is only on her feet

Is there a problem with wet bedding? Was this chick shipped in, or out of your incubator? Any other issues with anyone?

I bought her from my local feed store. I asked the guy how they were and he said less than a week old

I'd keep them together unless she's being harassed; solitary chicks are more stressed, and whatever's happened, is already there.

I have them all together and they're very settle and calm. I watch them mostly all day and see them pecking at her feet or being curious about it either. They love sleeping all together so I really would prefer to keep them like that but should I separate her to prevent anything from happening to her?

I agree that chicks should be kept together if possible. They derive comfort and security from one another. Just keep a close eye on the behavior of the other chicks. If you see any chick starting to focus on the blistered feet, you will then need to address it.

You do not know what is in the fluid in the blisters. If it's staph bacteria, it can spread to the other chicks if the fluid escapes from a pecking injury. Then it could spread on the affected chick, also. Staph bacteria is one of the most unpredictable there is. And ugly.

If you see reddening of the skin on feet and up the legs, that will be a sign bacterial infection is spreading.

The cause of the blisters and fluid retention could be genetic. The chick could have a malfunctioning liver and kidneys, and the fluid is building up in tissues. The chick could have a heart defect, causing fluid buildup. In fact, given the age of the chick, genetic problems are more likely the cause than infection. But we have no way of knowing for sure unless a vet does some tests.

I wouldn't think bumble foot in a chick but I guess anything is possible.
