Please Help

The dark tips on her comb is likely from the very cold weather we had in north Carolina the last few weeks a few of my hen got it. but for the illness I don't know if I had a bird like that id just end her suffering. I wouldn't want to pass those genetics just my opinion

I use Eperinex to worm my birds, which is a topical solution you drop behind their neck (on the skin) like you do with dog heart worm solution. It is absorbed and kills worms.
If she is not eating or drinking, there may be no other way to treat her, which is often the case with chickens.
In that case I would do meds down her throat, but this is extremely risky for the newby as the lung opening is right there and you can easily kill the bird while you try to save it.
Ok. So are you saying to worm her or do other meds down the throat? Which one. She drank this morning about 8 drinks. I then tried to give her a tiny bite of pancake and she took it from my hand, dropped it, then tried to pick it up but water came out her mouth/nose so she didn't pick it up. I know she must have somewhat of an appetite. I am also attaching two pics of her poo I found in her box this morning. It is diarrhea like, is wet around it and is black and white mingled.

I would start her on Corid asap. If she has Coccidiosis it can kill pretty quick if not treated. If she doesn't have it giving her Corid won't hurt.

Try mixing some of her regular complete chicken feed with water to make a mash to see if she will eat that. You can even scramble an egg to mix in with it.

THESE ARE OP'S DESCRIPTION FROM YESTERDAY
Crop feels soft and normal sized...Crop is soft and not even visible....no odors coming from her mouth but she got clear liwuid spilling from her mouth.

Can you please post some photos of her standing up that shows her whole body, including the crop?

You have mentioned 2 times that she has water spilling/coming out of her beak. This, to me would indicate that she has a crop issue. Crop issues can be a symptom of an underlying condition like Coccidiosis/worm overload, infection and reproductive disorders.
Essentially something is causing inflammation and/or blockage to the intestines/gut that is not allowing for the processing of foods/waste.

Make sure she has plenty of water available. Massage the crop to see if there is anything in there that needs to be broken up. Sometimes is could be an impacted gizzard, you just never know. If after massaging a few times and nothing is moving, then see if you can get some stool softener into her like Dulcolax.

It does no good to try to deworm or treat for coccidiosis if she keep spitting up water, the medication will not go through. http://www.backyardchickens.com/a/impacted-slow-and-sour-crops-prevention-and-treatments
