Is she actually eating when you feed her?

Not really, she will take one bite then close her eyes and fall back asleep

I'll really not sure what would be causing this, is it possible for you to bring her to bring her to vet?

I though she might be egg bound but it's been five days and she just keeps loading weight. We've been giving her Epsom salt baths, hand feeding her yogurt,bird feed, water, and vitamins but she hasn't gotten any better. I don't know how to help her..

I'm sorry she is not feeling well.

Do you notice any swelling, bloat or feeling of fluid in the abdomen?
How does her crop feel-is it emptying overnight or does she have a sour smell to her breath?

Taking a fresh sample of poop to your vet for testing is always a good idea.

It's hard to diagnose chickens as it is, but I would suspect that she has an internal laying reproductive disorder like Egg Yolk Peritonitis, Ascites, cancer or tumors. Supportive care is usually the method of treatment. Unfortunately there is no cure for any of these conditions. Give her a few more day of trying to keep her hydrated and fed, if she is losing weight, then she is wasting. Since she is not improving after 5days, then it may be time to consider what quality of life that she has and if she is in pain. Sometimes despite our best efforts a chicken will continue to decline, so putting them out of their misery is a kindness.
