Please help!

This is the chick and egg best pic I could get as it didn’t wanna sit still lol x

My thoughts exactly. I was expecting it to come off by now but I don’t wanna take him out of incubator and put him in brooder with others as they might peck at it and it my only drooled so can’t even but it in it’s own x
 
I have been advised by a friend that if the cord is dry I can cut it, just tie a bit of cotton to make sure, but I’m terrified I might hurt it x

I had a chick like that on my last hatch. I waited until it was dry and trimmed it close to the egg. When that didnt seem to bother him, I trimmed it a little closer until it wasnt inhibiting his movements. The chick ended up just as healthy as all the others in the end.
 
In articles regarding cord not fallen off. It suggests not to cut or pull off. Just wait it should dry and fall off on own. Can paint the cord with betadine to help drying process and protect from infection.

Just as update, chick is doing surprisingly well, he is eating drinking he is just wobbly on his feet. Thank u for all your help. P.s he is the one at the back on the joint picture x
