please help

one of my bantam cohin chicks is lying down and breathing really hard with his eyes closed
others are fine but this one is worrying me please help and tell me what to do

Is the Brooder set up with a cool area and heated area?
Has it been eating and drinking fine? Sometimes chicks fail too..

the brooder just has a red lamp and is a circular cage i dont know if its been eating drinking fine but its not active and sleeping on the floor with eyes closed

Dip its beak in a bit of sugar water..

Check if it's crop is full or empty and if its vent is clear (I. E. not plugged up). Are there any signs of injury?
