Please help!

I am incubating eggs. It’s day 14. When opening the incubator this morning one of the eggs looked like this. Is this normal?

All the eggs look a bit dirty....does that one look different than it did before?
It might be leaking?
Does it stink?
Might be good candle it.

Might have gone rotten, that can cause a bacterial ooze that will effect your other eggs. If it is rotten, remove it immediately?

It does not stink. This is actually a class project. We don’t have a candler.

a flashlight in a semi-dark area will work...or the light from your cellphone flashlight in the same darker environment. just hold the light right up against it.

A bright flashlight, or phone light will work as an egg candler.

Very dark area is best.

very dark is definitely best....not always possible for everyone. We definitely go all dark at our farm in our incubation/hatch room.
