Please help.

My husband works for an apartment complex and one of the tenants dogs got out and attacked the momma goose. She left behind 7 eggs that I am now trying to hatch. I have a foster goose mother to take them to after hatching just have to get them there. I have never hatched anything in my life but I made an incubator at home out of a styrofoam cooler. I have a bowl of water under the grate to keep moisture in there and a hygrometer coming tomorrow. I don't know how long momma sat on them or when they were laid. I've candeled them and most look like they are good. There are veins and what looks like a chick but I'm not sure. 1 of the eggs is really dark all the way around except for the air sac
Should I be concerned? Any advice is welcome as is any kind of chart so I can guess about how long they have left would be great. Thank you
