I wouldn’t be worried. I’ve had a roo with a serious eye/face injury with major swelling and he healed just fine!

I tried to put some wound cleaner around it since he had some cuts and such. But overall, I left him be and just watched for infection which he never got. If you want to, you might be able to wash out the eye with saline solution. That’s what I use when my horse gets allergies. His eyes swell up so we have to rinse them out. I know- not a chicken but I’d say the same rules apply in this case.
