Please help!

Green is a sign of bruising, and the red patch on the toe indicates that she hit it on something and lost a scale. I would clean everything off of it and spray the big red part on her toe with anti bacterial spray. Try to monitor her to make sure she doesn't further her injuries during the healing process. If you really want to, you can put a gauze pad over the missing scale and wrap the tow with medical wrap, but this is a risk because if you wrap it too tight you can cut off blood circulation. I had this exact thing happen, but it was my chicken's leg. Eventually the green went away and she is doing great now. I don't know what to do about the ear lobe and pink bump. thanks for the tag @Ducklingsandchicks

Can I use a natural salt and water anti bacterial spray?
