My chicken is acting weird. He is really wanting to walk and use his legs, he has been sitting in this weird position and when I hold him up for him to walk he falls back down. I don't know what to do and I suspect Marek's Disease. I don't know what I should do he had a friend that died but the other one only stood there in a ball and acted fine in other things. Do you think it could have spreader to this chicken?

I had the same thing happen last year, luckily it only seemed to affect a few of my birds, but I do suspect it's Marek's.

It could be riboflavin deficiency if he's just sitting/walking on his hocks and has nothing else wrong with him.

First I would get some B complex tablets (human) and give him 1/4 to 1/2 a tablet daily. B's are water soluble, extra will be excreted, no worries of overdosing. You can grind it up and mix it in a bit of moistened feed. See if you get some improvement with that. Vitamin deficiencies are not uncommon and symptoms can look similar to Marek's.

UPDATE: He is going really good he is walking around perfectly fine, eating, and drinking. I gave him a lukewarm bath with dawn dish soap because he had an infestation of mites and gave him water with electrolytes and vitamins.

Definitely keep a close eye on him, I've seen them go from bad to good to worse in a whole lot of cases. But of course, always stay hopeful.
