Please HELP!!!

My 1 week old chicks doing this weird thing with her mouth. She opens and closes it a few times before falling asleep. Is this normal? She’s been eating and drinking, also cleaning herself. There’s a tad bit of sugar in the water which we were told to do by the breeder who gave her to us due to the temperature changes. I haven’t seen her poop in a while so i can’t say for sure what type of poop she’s having, I'm sure she’s pooping though. She doesn't have pasty butt either. It wouldn’t let me upload a video of her but here’s a picture. She’s a chochin splash.

If this is just a 'before bedtime' thing or only while making room for more food thing, she may merely be adjusting her crop before settling in for the night or digging in for seconds (or even a third) helping on the chow.
If however this is more of a gaping, gasping thing, that occurs sporadically (or regularly), her mouth opening as if she's gulping in air, then I'd look for respiratory issues, some more serious than others.
